My approach to therapy is genuine, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Every client brings a unique history, set of strengths, and set of challenges, and I believe therapy should reflect that individuality.
I take an eclectic, integrative approach to treatment, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. Rather than working from a rigid framework, I thoughtfully tailor therapy to the person in front of me, adapting as needs evolve over time.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Healing happens through connection, collaboration, and trust, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a vital part of the process. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity as you work toward growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I am a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Psychology. I have also completed additional training in a variety of modalities (please see below). I am a lifelong academic, passionate about learning new approaches and training that support those I work with. I have extensive experience working in various mental health settings, including inpatient and outpatient care.
