Can I reschedule my session?

Our Counselling and mental health services require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Anything less than the required notice time may incur a fee.

How many therapy sessions will I need?

Totally up to you! Depending on your goals for therapy, concerns, and type of intervention, you and your therapist will come up with a customizable plan. Most therapists suggest booking a session once every two weeks, but that can vary depending on your financial situation and schedule.

What are the payment options for counselling and mental health services?

We require payment in full at the beginning of each session. We accept major credit cards and process through our booking app Jane.

Are your services covered through insurance plans?

Yes, most insurance plans cover psychotherapy services. We do not provide direct billing, but official receipts will be provided.
